Caster configuration and pattern
When considering the perfect Material Handling Cart for your application, be sure to factor in the type of surface it will be used on, as well as the ideal caster pattern.
3 caster patterns are available
- Corner pattern provides the most stability with 2 swivel and 2 rigid casters mounted on each corner - ideal for heavy loads over longer distances.
- All-Swivel pattern is best for tight areas with 4 swivel casters in each corner.
- The Diamond pattern provides a combination of swivel and rigid casters for optimal turning and distances.
Material Handling Product FAQ
What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks.
For large orders, lead time may increase to 6-8 weeks.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We will issue a credit or ship a replacement at no cost.
If damage is visible on unopened items, the delivery driver should sign & note it on the bill of lading.
If the damage is not visible, please keep all packaging materials in case the item requires repacking.
Is there a return policy?
We offer a 5 business day grace period for returns.
Items will need to be in their original packaging and in new condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Are casters included?
All starcarts, laundry & linen trucks include casters. Casters are available for self dumping hoppers at an additional cost.
Is it easy to clean?
Easily clean the interior and exterior of any cart or bin with mild detergent soap and water.
To avoid damaging finishes, avoid harsh chemicals.
Is there a warranty?
Our material handling products have a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.

Our material handling products are manufactured in North America.
