What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 3-5 days.
For large orders, lead time may increase to 6-8 weeks.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We will issue a credit or ship a replacement at no cost.
If damage is visible on unopened items, the delivery driver should sign & note it on the bill of lading.
If the damage is not visible, please keep all packaging materials in case the item requires repacking.
Is there a return policy?
We offer a 5 business day grace period for returns.
Items will need to be in their original packaging and in new condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Are the labels included?
Yes, the Courtside includes labels for each cabinet door. All labels are shipped in a dedicated envelope inside and are easily applied.
Is it easy to clean?
Easily clean the Courtside with a mild detergent soap and water.
To avoid damaging finishes, avoid harsh chemicals.
Is there a warranty?
The Courtside collection has a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
